A balancer or load tilting device is a load suspension device for two strand load suspension in which the position of the material to be conveyed and/or the distribution of the load on the two strands of the load suspension device can be adjusted or corrected. This function enables loads to be tilted and thus turned without danger. In addition to this manual solution, it is also possible to turn loads electrically. This can be done by supporting a load turning device.
