The CSCH system is characterized by its modular structure. At the heart of this system is the base frame, which is available in three different standard sizes: G1, G2 and G3.
The G1 frame is specially designed for smaller coils and round materials and offers a load capacity of up to 5 tons. With dimensions of 1,000 x 1,300 mm, coils can be optimally placed. Its compact design (and sloped supports) allows for effortless handling, even where space is limited.
The G2 frame, on the other hand, is a true all-rounder, with a load capacity of up to 8 tons and larger dimensions of up to 1,200 x 1,800 mm. It is suitable for a wide range of applications and offers maximum flexibility in the storage and transportation of coils and round materials.
For maximum storage capacity and an impressive load capacity of up to 12 tons, the G3 frame is the perfect choice. With its generous dimensions of up to 1,600 x 1,800 mm, it offers sufficient space for large coils and round materials without compromising on stability.
All of our racks are stackable in the high version, even when loaded, so storage space can be saved and they offer versatile transportation options, whether with a load handling device, trolley, forklift or crane. They can also be equipped with a wide range of accessories such as stanchions, trolleys, restraint systems, Vario lifting beams, container hooks, bridge fittings and weather protection hoods. Thanks to our flexible modular system, our solutions can be easily adapted to the specific requirements of our customers, whether in terms of load capacity, dimensions or accessories.

- Robust safety: The CSCH system ensures safe transportation of slit coils. The load is firmly clamped in place without damaging the material. The design also enables secure fixing on standard loading surfaces, so that dump trucks are not required.
