The PCS webbing sling with a 20,000kg working load limit and 5 metre working length is designed for heavy-duty industrial lifting applications where extremely high load capacity must be combined with extended reach and a slim sling profile. It is suitable for use in manufacturing, construction, steel fabrication and heavy engineering environments where demanding lifting conditions and restricted contact surfaces are common.
Manufactured from high-strength PES yarn and sewn in a four-ply construction, this webbing sling delivers a significantly higher load capacity than one- or two-ply slings of the same width. The narrow belt design allows the sling to be pulled under loads or used where only a small contact surface is available, while maintaining safe, controlled and reliable lifting performance over longer distances.
The four-ply structure provides high crosswise stability and effective load distribution during lifting operations. Reinforced loops enhance durability at critical wear points, supporting consistent performance and long service life in harsh industrial environments.
Manufactured in accordance with DIN EN 1492-1, the PCS webbing sling features raised, woven-in working load limit markings to ensure long-term legibility. Optional RFID transponders and crane brackets are available to support inspection management and improve handling convenience when connecting to crane hooks or load suspension equipment.
