The PCS webbing sling with a 10,000kg working load limit and 8 metre working length is designed for heavy-duty industrial lifting applications where extended reach is required without increasing sling width. It is suitable for use in manufacturing, construction, steel fabrication and maintenance environments where long lifting lengths must be combined with very high load capacity and controlled handling.
Manufactured from high-strength PES yarn and sewn in a four-ply construction, this webbing sling delivers a significantly higher load capacity than one- or two-ply slings of the same width. The slim belt profile allows the sling to be pulled under loads or used where only a small contact surface is available, while maintaining safe, stable and reliable lifting performance over extended distances.
The four-ply structure provides high crosswise stability and effective load distribution during lifting operations. Reinforced loops enhance durability at critical wear points, supporting consistent performance and long service life in demanding industrial conditions.
Manufactured in accordance with DIN EN 1492-1, the PCS webbing sling features raised, woven-in working load limit markings to ensure long-term legibility. Optional RFID transponders and crane brackets are available to support inspection management, traceability and improved handling convenience when connecting to crane hooks or load suspension equipment.
