The PCS webbing sling with a 6,000kg working load limit and 6 metre working length is designed for heavy-duty industrial lifting applications where extended reach is required while maintaining a slim sling profile. It is suitable for use in manufacturing, construction, steel fabrication and maintenance environments where space is limited or only small contact surfaces are available.
Manufactured from high-strength PES yarn and sewn in a four-ply construction, this webbing sling delivers a significantly higher load capacity than one- or two-ply slings of the same width. The narrow belt design allows the sling to be pulled under loads or used in restricted lifting situations while delivering safe and controlled lifting performance.
The four-ply structure offers high crosswise stability and effective load distribution during lifting operations. Reinforced loops enhance durability at critical wear points, supporting reliable performance and long service life in demanding industrial conditions.
Manufactured in accordance with DIN EN 1492-1, the PCS webbing sling features raised, woven-in working load limit markings to ensure long-term legibility. Optional RFID transponders and crane brackets are available to support inspection management and improve handling convenience when connecting to crane hooks or load suspension equipment.
