The PCS webbing sling with a 6,000kg working load limit and 3 metre working length is designed for heavy-duty industrial lifting applications where high load capacity must be combined with a compact and slim sling profile. It is suitable for use in manufacturing, construction, steel fabrication and maintenance environments where space constraints or limited contact surfaces are a consideration.
Manufactured from high-strength PES yarn and sewn in a four-ply construction, this webbing sling provides a significantly higher load capacity than one- or two-ply slings of the same width. The slim belt design allows the sling to be pulled under loads or used where only a small contact area is available, while maintaining controlled and reliable lifting performance.
The four-ply structure delivers high crosswise stability and effective load distribution during lifting operations. Reinforced loops improve durability at critical wear points, supporting long service life under demanding industrial conditions.
Manufactured in accordance with DIN EN 1492-1, the PCS webbing sling features raised, woven-in working load limit markings to ensure long-term legibility. Optional RFID transponders and crane brackets are available to support inspection management and improve handling convenience when connecting to crane hooks or load suspension equipment.
