SX Hebeband secutex/Powerflex, D-Bügel

Product description

SX webbing slings with crane brackets are designed for demanding industrial lifting applications where durability, flexibility and resistance to abrasion are critical. This product category is suitable for professional use in construction, manufacturing, steel handling, maintenance and other environments where lifting equipment is regularly exposed to rough surfaces and high mechanical stress. The SX webbing sling is protected by an extremely tough secutex coating on the contact side of the belt, providing effective protection against cuts and abrasion when lifting loads with sharp edges or coarse surfaces. The reverse side of the sling is additionally coated with secutex® Powerflex abrasion protection, improving overall durability and extending service life under repeated use. Equipped with crane brackets at both ends, SX webbing slings offer a high degree of flexibility in lifting configurations. By passing one end of the sling through the opposite bracket, a secure and efficient choker hitch can be created quickly. The crane brackets also simplify connections to crane hooks and lifting beams in basket hitch applications, as their compact contact surface supports controlled load positioning and handling. Manufactured in accordance with DIN EN 1492-1, SX webbing slings with crane brackets support safe and compliant lifting operations when used in line with inspection requirements, risk assessments and site safety procedures. This product range provides a robust solution for heavy duty lifting tasks where wear resistance and operational flexibility are essential.
