Product description

The PB SX DD webbing sling with a 1,000kg working load limit and 2 metre working length is designed for industrial lifting applications where compact sling length, secure crane connection and enhanced wear protection are required. It is suitable for use in manufacturing, construction, maintenance and general engineering environments where lifting equipment is exposed to regular handling and abrasive conditions.

The sling is manufactured from polyester and features an extremely tough secutex coating on the contact side of the belt, providing effective protection against cuts and abrasion when used on rough or demanding load surfaces. The reverse side is additionally protected with secutex® Powerflex abrasion coating, improving overall durability and extending service life.

Fitted with crane brackets at both ends, the PB SX DD webbing sling offers flexible lifting configurations. The brackets allow direct connection to crane hooks and lifting beams, and enable efficient use in basket hitch applications. By passing one end of the sling through the opposite bracket, a controlled choker hitch configuration can also be achieved when required.

Manufactured in accordance with DIN EN 1492-1, the PB SX DD webbing sling supports safe and compliant lifting operations when used in line with inspection requirements, risk assessments and site safety procedures. It provides a reliable solution for light-duty industrial lifting tasks where abrasion resistance and operational flexibility are important.
