The PB SX DD webbing sling with an 8,000kg working load limit and 4 metre working length is designed for heavy-duty industrial lifting applications where very high load capacity must be combined with increased reach and exceptional resistance to abrasion. It is suitable for use in manufacturing, construction, maintenance and heavy engineering environments where lifting equipment is exposed to severe operating conditions and rough load surfaces.
Manufactured from polyester, the sling is protected by an extremely tough secutex coating on the contact side of the belt, providing effective protection against cuts and abrasion when handling loads with sharp edges or coarse surfaces. The reverse side is additionally coated with secutex® Powerflex abrasion protection, improving overall durability and extending service life under repeated industrial use.
Equipped with crane brackets at both ends, the PB SX DD webbing sling offers flexible lifting configurations. The brackets allow direct connection to crane hooks and lifting beams in basket hitch applications and enable efficient choker hitch use by passing one end of the sling through the opposite bracket when required. The compact contact surface of the crane brackets supports controlled load positioning during lifting operations.
Manufactured in accordance with DIN EN 1492-1, the PB SX DD webbing sling supports safe and compliant lifting practices when used in line with inspection requirements, risk assessments and site safety procedures.
