Chain blocks are manually operated devices for lifting and lowering various loads. The torque is transmitted to the drive shaft via the hand chain or hand chain wheel. Depending on the hoist design, one or more chain strands are required for lifting and lowering. To make the right choice, you should initially filter between a reel chain block, a roller chain block or a safety hook as the type of suspension.
