The rescue kit has been specially designed for users who use a belt system in conjunction with a re- tractable type fall arrester or an energy-absorbing element and who end up in a hanging situation after a fall from which they are unable to free themselves using their own strength alone and must therefore turn to external means of rescue.
The complete rescue kit comprises:
• Descender ABS 3a WH with rescue lifting device for optional lifting or controlled descending
• Anchorage loop with a length of 1 m
• Steel carabiner IKV13 as a connector
• Telescopic rod with an attached karabiner bracket (further automated open position retention) at the head end. Extendible to up to 3.60 m
• Maximum reachable working distance = approx. 5 m
• 20 m kernmantle rope Ø 10.5 mm
