The Quick Link CLEH 2.0 automatic load hook from Carl Stahl is an advanced, loose load-handling device specially designed for the safe and efficient vertical lifting and lowering of unguided loads of up to 2,000 kg. Thanks to the innovative remote control by means of a hand-held transmitter, the load can be detached from a safe distance, which significantly increases work safety. The Quick Link CLEH 2.0 automatic load hook meets the highest standards, including the requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and the DIN standards EN 13155 and EN 12100.

Just like a conventional load hook, the Quick Link CLEH 2.0 automatic load hook is attached to the crane or lifting gear as usual and then prepared for use by remote control. Thanks to the sophisticated mechanism, the hook can be easily closed at the manual attachment point. During transport, the operator stays at a safe distance and always remains in control thanks to the status display. At the destination, the remote control enables precise and risk-free release of the load. The remote control can display the status of the hook, the battery levels, and the signal strength at any time.

The Quick Link CLEH 2.0 is a particularly versatile and user-friendly solution for lifting applications thanks to its specially developed accessories. These accessories not only ensure optimal functionality, but also make daily use and maintenance easier.
- Batteries (lithium-ion, 3.7 V): the batteries provide a reliable power supply for the Quick Link CLEH 2.0 automatic load hook. They have been specially designed for long operating times and can be efficiently recharged with the appropriate charger. For continuous operational readiness, it is recommended to always have fully charged spare batteries available.
- Remote control: the remote allows the Quick Link CLEH 2.0 automatic load hook to be controlled from a distance of up to 50 meters in optimal conditions. With intuitive controls, up to eight hooks can be assigned to a set and controlled. It also offers a status display for battery life and signal strength.
- Battery charger: the charger has been specially developed for the lithium-ion batteries supplied and ensures safe and fast recharging. Easy handling makes it possible to change the batteries without disrupting workflow. Up to 8 batteries can be charged at the same time.
- Plastic trolley: the robust and easy-to-maneuver trolley is used for the safe storage and transport of up to four automatic load hooks and the associated accessories. It protects the devices from damage and makes it easier to transport them between locations.
Maintenance and inspection of automatic load hooks
The Quick Link CLEH 2.0 automatic load hook should be inspected at the following intervals:
- Before initial operation: a visual and functional inspection by a qualified person is required.
- Before each recurring use: visual inspection and a functional test before starting work to ensure that the hook is in perfect working condition.
- At least once a year: a comprehensive inspection by the manufacturer (Carl Stahl GmbH) or a qualified person. During this inspection, mechanical components are checked for wear and tear and electrical components are checked for functionality.
- Special inspections: after incidents such as damage, repairs, or increased stress (e.g. continuous operation, extreme temperatures, or corrosion), additional inspections may be necessary.
- These inspections ensure that the automatic load hooks retain their maximum safety and performance throughout their entire service life.
