ACP-Turnado

The RUD ACP-TURNADO is a world-first lifting point designed to transform safety standards in industrial load handling. Its unique self-aligning technology ensures the load bracket reliably rotates into the correct pulling direction before the lift begins, significantly reducing the risk of sudden jerks or bracket seizure. This automatic orientation enhances operational safety and protects both personnel and materials.

The innovative round-shaped bracket prevents the lifting hook from kinking and eliminates the hazardous slipping that can occur during lifting. This smooth movement not only improves safety but also increases the longevity of lifting gear. Despite maintaining the same screw dimensions as standard anchor points, the ACP-TURNADO offers a higher load capacity, making it an efficient solution for heavy-duty lifting tasks.

For added durability, the design includes wear lenses that provide visual indicators of component wear. The system also features RUD’s advanced BLUE-ID system, which is RFID and NFC compatible, allowing for seamless digital inspection and asset management. Captive screws ensure secure installation, yet remain interchangeable for maintenance flexibility. Permanent markings are pressed or stamped into the body for clear identification, while a uniquely marked combi-head screw enhances traceability and usability in the field.

Ideal for construction, manufacturing, and transportation sectors, the RUD ACP-TURNADO combines intelligent design, enhanced safety, and operational efficiency—setting a new standard for lifting point technology.
