    Product description

Aluminium workshop cranes without counterweight are designed specifically for companies that require a highly mobile and flexible lifting device. Thanks to their lightweight aluminium construction, these cranes can be moved easily between workstations and are also suitable for effortless transport in a delivery vehicle, making them ideal for service, installation and on-site maintenance applications. The crane features a divisible mast, allowing the overall height to be adapted to different working conditions. When used without the extension mast, the height dimensions are reduced by 1,000 mm, enabling use in areas with restricted headroom. The lifting fork is height-adjustable even under load, allowing precise positioning and controlled handling during lifting operations. Designed for maximum manoeuvrability, the aluminium workshop crane can be moved individually and rotated almost on the spot. It can be driven directly into a Euro flat pallet or a mesh box, supporting efficient handling of palletised goods. When not in use, the crane can be completely folded and stored in a space-saving manner, making it particularly suitable for workshops and storage areas with limited space. With a load capacity of 250 kg and a dead weight of just 70 kg, this crane offers an excellent balance between lifting performance and ease of handling. The design is intentionally without counterweight, reducing overall weight while maintaining stability through its well-engineered frame and support geometry. The scope of delivery includes an outrigger arm, a lifting fork and a winch with a foldable handle. The lifting fork height is 95 mm, measured from the floor to the top of the fork, and the driving fork width is 560 mm. The base frame is equipped with two sheet steel swivel castors with a wheel diameter of 200 mm, fitted with heavy-duty polyurethane treads and featuring both wheel and turntable locks. Two additional guide rollers made from high-quality plastic with a diameter of 80 mm are mounted on the driving fork to support smooth handling. A safety load hook with swivel is included and can be rotated through 360 degrees under load. When folded, the crane has compact dimensions of 496 x 750 x 1,300 mm. Aluminium workshop cranes without counterweight are widely used in workshops, logistics operations, service vehicles and maintenance environments where mobility, compact storage and flexible lifting are essential. By combining lightweight construction, intelligent design and practical functionality, this crane category provides a professional solution for modern mobile lifting requirements.
