The aluminium single beam gantry crane in stationary design offers a highly flexible and stable lifting solution for a wide range of industrial and maintenance applications. Its freestanding construction allows the crane to stand securely on its own feet, making it ideal for environments where fixed crane installations are not practical or required. Equipped with four individually adjustable feet, the gantry crane can be precisely levelled and adapted to local floor conditions. Each foot can be adjusted independently in height, allowing the crane to compensate for uneven surfaces while maintaining excellent stability during all load handling operations. This design ensures safe and controlled lifting across a wide range of applications. The aluminium girders are supplied either in individual sections or as plug-in components, allowing for space-saving transport and straightforward assembly. This modular construction not only simplifies handling and logistics but also allows the girder sections to be used individually as single beams where required, increasing overall system flexibility. The standard scope of delivery includes two foldable side frames with height-adjustable girder supports featuring a 50 mm grid dimension, combined with height-adjustable feet with a 40 mm grid dimension. The system is supplied with two aluminium girders, one lockable trolley, a set of stop buffers and an integrated horizontal adjuster, providing a complete and ready-to-use gantry crane solution. Aluminium single beam gantry cranes are engineered for durability, ease of handling and long service life, making them suitable for workshops, production areas, maintenance tasks and temporary lifting operations. On request, customised variants are available, including higher load capacities, alternative designs and special solutions tailored to specific operational requirements.
