The Hi-Force SJS10 stepped spreader cylinder is the ideal solution for spreading, wedging and wringing in a wide range of industrial applications. The SJS10's compact, lightweight design with piston return offers the user a large spreading force of 13 tons. Made of high-strength steel, the expansion jaws can easily be inserted into a gap of 8 mm and achieve an overall expansion width of 60 mm in 5 operations with the step blocks supplied. Suitable for use up to 700 bar maximum operating pressure. Included in delivery is a quick-release coupling for easy connection to a hand-operated or driven Hi-Force hydraulic pump. In many applications, two tools operated simultaneuosly are required to ensure even opening of the flanges during a seal change. The SJS10-TK complete kit offers the solution and includes two SJS10 spreaders, a hand-operated lightweight aluminium pump, a controlled distributor, two pressure gauges, pressure gauge spacers and hoses. All connections are equipped with quick connectors.
