Hydraulic flange spreaders of the HFS-H series are the ideal solution for the safe opening of pipe flanges in the shipbuilding, oil and gas industries. These models are vailable with a spreading force between 0 - 4.5 tons or 0 - 10 tons and offer the user the possibility to spread flanges up to 2 x 57 mm or 2 x 92 mm thickness. Hi-Force flange spreaders can be used individually or as a pair when using a standard pump and hose connection when opening large flanges. With Hi-Force flange spreaders, even the most difficult flanges can be spread without the risk of sparks such as hammer blows, chisels or flying wheel chocks.
