The hydraulic nut splitters of the HMNS series comprise a total of 3 models suitable for hexagon nuts (AF) with a width between 17 and 50 mm (bolt sizes M10 to M33). All models have an angled housing to provide the necessary spacing on flanges and flat surfaces. The revolutionary design consists of a hardened steel connecting piece that ensures that the nut is parallel to the blade during blasting for more efficient operation and, in particular, a long blade life. The Hi-Force nut splitters are designed for easy splitting of corroded nuts up to a hardness of RC44, making them the ideal solution for removing worn or corroded bolt connections, especially in applications where hot work is not permitted. All models include a hydraulic pump with a versatile adjustable lever for even greater flexibility.
