Independent tests have shown that the new girder clamp series is a unique selling point in the hoist industry: due to its suitability for use in the oblique tension range up to an angle of 45° across the girder without any reduction in load capacity and its extremely flexible handling, it is suitable for a wide range of applications.
In addition, the girder clamp is characterised by the taper of the load pin, which centres the sling. In addition, the fasteners have a galvanised, corrosion-resistant surface.
The shackle can also be used to sling hoists and round slings or, if necessary, can be folded to the side to reduce the overall height of the girder clamp. The specially designed jaws distribute the force over a larger bearing surface to avoid overloading the girder. They offer a higher safety factor and better load control.
