The RUD PSA-VRS STARPOINT anchor devices are attachment points for attaching personal protective equipment.
The PSA-VRS STARPOINT anchorage points can be long-term attached to a structure but are not intended for permanent outdoor use. The PSA-VRS STARPOINT devices comply with the EU Directive on personal protective equipment (89/686/EEC) and are labelled with both the CE mark and the number of people who can be carried (1 or 2 people).
The valid test specifications are DIN 795, DIN 50308 and OSHA 1926.502. The test forces of 22.2 kN/person therefore exceed the requirements of the European standard. The PSA-VRS STARPOINT devices have been successfully certified by the German employers’ insurance association for the building industry.
