Frequency controlled electric chain hoist
The Star VFD features load-dependent, stepless speed control from 2 to 24 m/min. Without load, the chain hoists can be operated at up to 200% of the rated speed, saving users a lot of time. The series is suitable for loads from 125 to 2000 kg. The series is available either with two speed levels or infinitely variable via analog pushbuttons. In addition, the brake on these chain hoists engages immediately, without a brake ramp. This facilitates precise height positioning and also saves considerable time compared with conventional products. The Star VFD is also the first chain hoist with an integrated status display for operating hours and remaining service life. This means that the housing does not have to be opened first to determine the maintenance status. The display can also be read directly without having to connect a computer. This reduces maintenance effort
and costs.
