Product description
PowerStar webbing slings with crane brackets are designed for demanding industrial lifting applications where reliability, durability and safe handling are essential. This product range is suitable for professional environments such as manufacturing, steel fabrication, construction and heavy industry, where controlled lifting and secure load attachment are critical. These webbing slings offer a single direct working load capacity of up to 10 tonnes and feature a unique woven belt design that allows the load capacity to be visually measured. The weaving pattern changes every 30 mm, with each stripe representing one tonne of load capacity, providing a clear and permanent indication of the sling’s rated performance. For example, a 90 mm wide belt corresponds to a working load limit of 3 tonnes. Manufactured as a two-layer webbing sling in accordance with DIN EN 1492-1, PowerStar slings are engineered for long service life in harsh operating conditions. The webbing is protected by a highly wear-resistant PU coating, while reinforced edges and fully reinforced loops provide additional resistance to abrasion and mechanical wear during repeated lifting cycles. Integrated crane brackets enhance handling convenience and improve compatibility with crane hooks. Manufactured from wear-resistant high-grade steel, the brackets are designed for secure basket hitch applications. By inserting one bracket through the other and placing them directly into the crane hook, the sling is held securely in position, significantly reducing the risk of slipping during lifting operations. Raised, woven-in working load limit markings ensure long-term legibility, even in demanding environments. Each sling is also supplied with a tear-resistant identification label incorporating an RFID transponder, supporting inspection routines, traceability and asset management in professional lifting operations.
