The step sling is an accessory designed for use with fall arrest harnesses. The equipment consists of a belt and a packed sling, which are attached to the fall arrest harness at the waist of the wearer. In the event of a fall, the user deploys the footfall sling by opening the small black pocket and placing their feet in the unrolling sling.
