The TWP series of pneumatic power multipliers equipped with pistol grips have been developed for uniform, easily controllable, impact and damage-free bolt attachments. This series of low noise, very light tools allows a permanent torque accuracy of +/- 5%. In addition, they are convenient to use, safe and allow quick and permanently accurate bolt attachment. The powerful but easily reversible air motor with pistol grip allows the use of the tool when fastening and loosening bolts. The impact-free design of the planetary gear ensures that the sockets and bolt components are worn as little as possible. The gear box is made of high-quality steel with a galvanized surface, which provides a high level of corrosion protection and thus reduces the necessary lubrication intervals. All models are supplied with a compressed air and lubrication control unit. They are housed in a practical carrying frame and have a 3-metre connecting hose with quick-release couplings. Accurate and durable repeatability of pre-set torques is easily achieved by adjusting the input air pressure at the tool using the calibration chart supplied with each tool. Average air consumption - 23 litres per second at a standard air pressure of 8 bar (49.5 cubic feet per minute at 116 PSI).
