Carl Stahl’s set trolleys offer a robust and flexible system for transporting heavy loads with ease and precision in industrial, warehouse, and manufacturing environments. Designed for quick setup, simply connect the air supply hose and the system is ready to go, eliminating the need for a tugger. These trolleys feature a low-maintenance propulsion system that requires no electric power, operating solely on standard shop air with 8 bar (116 psi) pressure and an air volume of 1500 L/min (25 L/s or 53 SCFM). The infinitely variable speed and direction control provide smooth manoeuvrability and enhanced operational control. All hoses are detachable for compact and easy transport, while the 360° rotatable design ensures maximum flexibility when moving loads. The set is fully compatible with G-series transport trolleys, offering versatile load handling options. The scope of delivery includes a steering mechanism (JLA 15/30 G) with control unit, two running gear units (JFB 15 G), a 30 m air supply hose, and a transport trolley pre-filled with oil and lubricant. Additional components and higher load capacities are available on request. Built with galvanised axles and high-quality JUWAthan® rollers, these set trolleys deliver reliable performance with corrosion resistance and smooth operation.
