The Permanent Lifting Magnet CSmag 100kg for 20mm material is a compact and reliable magnetic lifting solution designed for safe handling of ferromagnetic loads in industrial environments. As part of the Condor own-brand range, it is suitable for fabrication, machining, warehousing and light steel handling applications where fast, energy-independent lifting is required.
Designed for flat materials up to 20mm thickness, this lifting magnet offers a rated lifting capacity of 100kg. The break-away force is at least three times the stated working load limit, providing a high level of safety during lifting operations. When used on round material with its prismatic bottom, the lifting capacity is at least 50% of the rated capacity for flat material, allowing flexible handling of different load shapes.
The CSmag lifting magnet is fitted with an easy-moving operating lever featuring an integrated safety lock to prevent accidental release during use. Its compact and sturdy construction supports dependable performance and long service life in industrial conditions. A large, bolted lifting eye is provided and sized according to the nominal load capacity, ensuring secure attachment to crane hooks and lifting equipment.
