Product description
The Permanent Lifting Magnet TML 500kg for 15mm material is a high-performance magnetic lifting solution designed for safe and controlled handling of ferromagnetic loads in demanding industrial environments. It is suitable for fabrication, machining, assembly and general material handling applications where reliable lifting of thinner steel sections is required.
Designed for flat bearing surfaces, this lifting magnet provides a rated working load limit of 500kg on materials from 15mm thickness. The tear-off force is at least three times the stated working load limit, delivering a substantial safety margin during lifting operations. An additional magnetic preload supports precise positioning of the magnet on the load prior to full activation, improving handling accuracy and operational safety.
The TML lifting magnet features a completely new operating concept, with activation taking place in the longitudinal direction of the magnetic surface. This enables an extended radius of action and ergonomic operation with minimal physical effort. A smooth-running operating lever with integrated safety interlock prevents accidental release during use. For added control and safety, this model also benefits from the refined lever mechanism developed for higher-capacity TML units.
Outstanding performance is maintained on thinner materials, supported by a hardened, TiN-coated magnetic adhesive surface that ensures durable and consistent contact. The robust and compact construction provides long service life, while the reduced dead weight offers high lifting performance without unnecessary handling strain. A 360° rotatable and swivelling suspension eye allows flexible alignment with crane hooks and lifting equipment.
Each Permanent Lifting Magnet TML is individually tested prior to delivery and supplied with a test certificate, supporting inspection requirements and compliance with site safety procedures. The TML 500kg permanent lifting magnet delivers a reliable and efficient lifting solution where precision, safety and durability are essential in professional industrial lifting operations.
