The VRS-F eye bolt with a 1,500kg working load limit and 5/8"–11 UNC thread is a premium-grade, load-rated lifting point designed for industrial lifting applications where safety, flexibility and correct load alignment are essential. Manufactured from high-strength alloy steel, the VRS-F eye bolt is 100% crack-detection tested to ensure reliable performance under dynamic loading conditions. The integrated lifting ring rotates freely through 360° and pivots through 180°, allowing the load to align automatically with the direction of pull. This design enables full utilisation of the working load limit in any pulling direction and reduces the risk of bending stresses, shear forces or misalignment associated with conventional eye bolts.
The integrated hexagon bolt allows secure and straightforward installation directly into threaded holes without the need for additional tools. Once installed, the lifting ring remains fully movable, supporting flexibility during lifting, positioning and alignment operations.
Finished with the distinctive pink VIP surface coating, the eye bolt offers corrosion resistance and high visibility in demanding work environments. The working load limit and thread specification are clearly marked on the body, supporting correct selection and improving operational safety on site.
