The PB P2 CD webbing sling with a 5,000kg working load limit and 5 metre working length is designed for industrial lifting applications where high load capacity must be combined with extended reach, durability and secure load attachment. It is suitable for use in manufacturing, construction, maintenance and general industrial environments where lifting equipment is subject to frequent handling and abrasive conditions.
Manufactured from high-strength fabric, the sling features reinforced loops and is fully coated on both sides with secutex® Powerflex. This coating provides excellent resistance to wear and friction while protecting the webbing against dirt and the penetration of foreign particles, helping to significantly extend service life in demanding operating conditions.
The sling is equipped with both a C-bracket and a crane bracket, allowing flexible use in straight lift and choker hitch configurations. The C-bracket can be attached and detached quickly, while a forged safety catch prevents accidental release during lifting and can be replaced if damaged. The robust crane bracket is designed to fit securely into standard crane hooks, improving handling efficiency during rigging.
Both brackets incorporate an integrated guide channel that fully supports the webbing strap, ensuring correct positioning and consistent load distribution throughout lifting operations. Manufactured in accordance with DIN EN 1492-1, the PB P2 CD webbing sling supports safe and compliant lifting practices when used in line with inspection requirements, risk assessments and site safety procedures.
