Physical inventories, often also referred to as stocktaking, are a common practice for companies to accurately check stock levels and their locations. Simple authorisation system - simply enable all employees to work on the inventory

The app can be downloaded from the App Store (Apple devices) and the Play Store (Android devices). Users of the Carl Stahl equipment portal can assign the "Inventory App" authorisation role to other users. This makes it possible, for example, for a user without access to the equipment portal to still use the app and carry out an inventory.

View clear and downloadable inventory report in the portal

The inventory list can be viewed via the equipment portal. You can see the list of equipment that has already been inventoried and also have this list displayed as an Excel document. The user can create a new inventory list every year.
The outstanding equipment that has not yet been inventoried is also listed on the left. This allows you to see at any time which equipment is still outstanding for stocktaking.
The list includes the functional location, item type, inventory number, inventory description and inventory date. This gives you a quick and easy overview of your operating resources.
