When it comes to purchasing decisions, it is less facts and more emotions that determine the perception of brands. Among other things, loyal buying behavior, forgiveness of scandals and increased willingness to pay are the advantages of a strong brand. The fact that Carl Stahl Hebetechnik is such a strong brand is confirmed by the "Germany's Strong Brands" award in the "Technical Service Providers" sector. The seal of quality is based on a current study by the F.A.Z. Institute among approx. 5,000 brands using a social listening. The data collection for the social listening is carried out in two steps. The first step is the so-called "crawling", the second is the so-called "processing".
For the study, more than one million mentions to the approximately 5,000 companies and brands within the study period from Feb. 1, 2022, to Jan. 31, 2023, could be identified and assigned.
