Addressing customer needs enthusiastically!

"Addressing customer needs enthusiastically!" – This was the motif of this year's sales conference of Carl Stahl Hebetechnik GmbH, which took place in the company's headquarters in Süßen in February. Around 100 office and field-service sales staff from Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic spent two days enjoying informative presentations as well as practical workshops and exercises. And the opportunity to exchange ideas was exploited to the full.

Once again this year, great value was placed on urging the participants to deepen their practical knowledge regarding the extensive Carl Stahl product range. To this end, current products such as Liftjet and Hi-Force were subjected to practical tests live. This aim of this is to ensure that the salesmen are always able to offer customers the best possible advice and the optimum solution for their individual wishes and requirements.

Special focus on Integrated Services

In addition, Integrated Services continue to play an important role, of course. "Our Integrated Services are more than just an inspection service. They cover process optimization, cost reduction, transparency and flexibility – and are thus a new form of occupational safety for our customers", said Tobias Kehrer, who personally conducted a workshop on the topics of pricing and costing in this context.

Insights into modern ´procurement methods and strategies

A worthy conclusion to the two-day conference was provided by the presentation entitled "Modern purchasing – the world in front of and behind the curtain". In this presentation, business consultant Hans-Andreas Fein gave the participants some interesting insights into modern procurement methods and strategies that enable companies to deal effectively with rapidly changing markets and the challenges associated with them.

Overall, a very positive conclusion

"In line with the motif of the conference, the new ideas and suggestions were received by all participants with enthusiasm and motivation", was the very positive conclusion of Tobias Kehrer at the end of the conference. "I was also happy to see that there was an intensive exchange of thoughts and ideas - even during the breaks and the dinner we all had together. For the success of the entire company, it is immensely important that the employees form an internal network of communication and share their diverse experiences with each other.
